Cancellations Things happen, we get it! For your convenience, all appointments cancelled 48 hours prior will be free of charge. Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid in-house. For emergency situations, please call or text ASAP. Late Policy We work hard to accommodate, but sometimes it just isn’t possible. More than 10 minutes late constitutes a no-show, and will result in a 100% fee as we cannot fulfill your service at that point. Please be courteous to others and arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment, so we can spend more time on YOU. NO-SHOWS We respect your time, and kindly ask that you respect ours in return. When you no-show your appointment, we are unable to fill that space, and consequently lose time and money. No show appointments will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. I have been a licensed esthetician for over 6 years. After gaining valuable experience in eyelashes and skincare in California, I opened my first studio in my home town of Potsdam, New York.
